Qi Gong Basics
Qi Gong (pronounced “chee gong”) literally means “energy work” in English.  The ancient Chinese Art employs breathing techniques, visualization, sensitivity, large and small muscle control to help bring about the attributes of peacefulness, calmness and stillness in the mind and body.


What to expect:
• A warm and welcoming beginner’s group that is enthusiastic to learn this art.
• The opportunity to learn 10 postures and their use and application to help one achieve deeper relaxation.
• The opportunity to ask questions and have them answered until understanding is achieved.
