Class Schedule


Classes are held on Wednesday evenings.

NOTE: Be sure to CHECK HERE for any schedule change notices.

Note: It is acceptable to only attend the first and/or second session as individual classes. The third hour will be useless without attending the first and second hour.

- First hour: Qi Gong (energy work) and Ji Ben Gung (daily exercises)
- Second Hour: Practice the 108 step form
- Third Hour: Martial applications

  •  Chi Kung (Qigong)                                    6:30 - 6:45 PM
  •  Ji Ben Gung                                               6:45 - 7 PM 
  •  Wudang Mountain Tai Chi Form              7 - 8:30 PM
